Transformations in 4 months
I've always regained weight I lost, now I'm maintaining my weight
I contacted Ági in January because my weight was struggling. I lost 16 kilos in 4 months since then. I do sports every day, I love the BootCamp Shape workouts, they are very varied, they exercise all muscle groups, and I eat 5 times a day, the morning shake is essential for me.
I fixed my autoimmune disease
In 2018, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune thyroid disease. I vowed that I would not start the drug treatment as long as possible, I would look for alternatives! I achieved the change in 4 months, with regular sports and a complete diet change.
I lost 10 kilos in 3 months without sports
Without exercise, I lost 10 kilos in 3 months, which I have maintained ever since. I always eat Shake for breakfast and drink stimulating tea. The multi-fiber drink gave a feeling of satiety. I love it because even at the age of 50 I am full of energy and I no longer feel tired like before.

My mother enrolled me in a student running association at the age of 8. I was the youngest in the group and at first I was always last. I didn’t accept it, I always wanted to be where the bigger kids were. I could only achieve this if I performed like them. I knew that I was just as good, even better, and because of this, I developed quickly. Anyone who knows me knows that for me the word impossible has no meaning, I never give up. I see the positive in everything and everyone. I like to take people with me, to pull them along so that we can develop together and have a good time! I want to pass on this positive attitude to my students. Everyone is as good as the coach, if not even better. Whether they are full-time mothers, wives or young women, they can accomplish their goals. Get better, reach your goals, push your limits and belong to a motivating and cohesive group.
I served as a professional soldier from 2009 – 2023. Training was not an option, it was a lifestyle. A routine that constantly followed me as I followed the positive changes associated with mental and physical exercise.
